We are currently seeking commercial roofers and repair men to join our team, We install Single-Ply Systems on Flat Roofs and will need a reliable, professional person. Specifically PVC, TPO and metal systems. Excellent benefits and wages. E-verify & Must Pass Drug Test. Salary range $14 to $20 per hour depending on experience.
-Loading/unloading jobs and how to place material on the roof at the beginning and end of the project.
-Assist in the safe removal of old roofing materials quickly, efficiently, and correctly.
-Know the different membrane systems and the installation methods (mechanically attached, fully adhered and ballasted).
-Know how to cut and lay out the membrane to manufacturer specifications.
-Understand insulation layout of staggering different layers. Cut correctly on insulation with no high fasteners.
-Understand fastener placement of insulation. Install plates and fasteners correctly on insulation with no high fasteners.
-Know how to properly install screws into the top rib of a metal deck and how the flues affect screw patterns.
-Know how to use basic roofing machinery and be able to assist others.
-Know how to use various power roofing equipment, including the auto-welder, power saws and hammer drill.
-Self-motivated and work consistently.
-Dependable and punctual.
-Able to work well as a team member.
-Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
-Ability to work around glue odors, tar and gravel dust.
-Able to lift 100 lbs. consistently.
We are currently looking for a dependable person to join our Commercial Roofing team that will maintain the ethics and integrity established by the Company. We install Single-Ply Systems on Flat Roofs, Qualified participants must understand how to measure, cut, bend, shape and fasten pieces of sheet metal.. Basic Knowledge of how to use metal working equipment. Must understand how to make and install caps, counter flashing, drip edge, gutters, downspouts, prefab panels and Fascia. Pay rate is DOE at $14 to $20 per hour.
Work is usually done outside on top of structures in excess of 20 feet or in the shop. Work is physically demanding and requires heavy lifting, climbing, bending and squatting. Work is performed in all weather conditions. Out of town travel is required for some projects.

Crane Operator CDL Driver
We are currently looking for a CDL Driver to join our Commercial Roofing team that will maintain the ethics and integrity established by the Company. We install Single-Ply Systems on Flat Roofs and will need a reliable, professional CDL Driver. Pay is based on experience and is between $18 to $25 per hour.
